The PTA is a group of parents who get together once in a while to talk about ways to fundraise. People can help as much or as little as they can. Organising for example, xmas & summer fairs, beer & gin fest etc. It is so much fun and jobs are shared out depending on what you fancy doing/how much time you have. PLEASE join if you can – it’s very relaxed and no pressure put on individuals when you do join, it’s just the more members the better for volunteers at events, as well as behind the scenes. We struggled for volunteers at last year’s summer fair so we really need that extra support from parents to make events work. If you haven’t got time to help plan events but can lend a hand on the day, please still join PTA! It’s a great feeling to raise money for school.
