Web Push Notifications are alerts that are sent straight to your browser. If you have not already done so, to start receiving push notifications you will need to give permission when prompted.
If you have previously dismissed the popup and would like to enable push notifications, you will need to clear your cookies and site settings for the popup message to reappear.
